Problem
- Following the breakdown of a turbo-alternator, ensuring power supply to the production site:
5 MW at 20 000 V connected to the EDF mains and private factory network
Solution
- Urgent installation and commissioning of an energy production plant of 9.5 MVA in HVA connected to the EDF mains and to the internal production network of the site:
- Generators : 2 x 2000 KVA + 2 x 1250 KVA + 3 x 1000 KVA
- 8 step-up transformers 400 V -> 20 kV + 8 cells HVA
- 2 km of cables HO7RNF 240 mm²
- Presence of a “generator operator” engineer 8 h/day 7 days a week on site
- On-call service 24/7
