Problem
- The pumping station of forms 8 and 9 of the naval site of Marseille was out of action
- Form 8 had to be emptied urgently to dock a liner within 3 days
- The customer requested that we design, implement and operate a turnkey solution:
- Installing a temporary pumping station of 18 000 m³/h in 63 h
- Emptying 220 000 m³ in 12 h to comply with the customer’s plan
Solution
- Urgent delivery from DSL branches throughout France
- 3 engineers permanently on site, installation over 48 h non-stop::
- 19 electric submersible pumps of 54 kW – Flow rate 1000 m³/h
- 19 cabinets for soft start
- 3 generator units of 500 kVA
- 2.5 km of cables
- 700 m of conduits Ø 250 mm
- Emptying deadline met
- Mission bonus: emptying form 9 (additional 100 000 m³)
